1. Who we are
World Prayer Center operates https://worldprayercenter.com and provides Christian prayer support, fellowship, discipleship, and learning resources. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, EIN 82-2428292, located at 2594 Della Street, Hernando, Mississippi 38632. This policy describes our website and ministry information practices. Separate notices and provider policies may apply to linked platforms.
2. Information you choose to provide
When you submit a prayer request or contact form, we receive the fields you complete, including your email address, your name if provided, and your message. Other ministry activities may involve contact details, enrollment information, learning records, volunteer interests, or donation transaction records relevant to that activity. Provide only what is needed for the service you request.
3. Prayer requests and sensitive information
Prayer requests can reveal health, religious beliefs, family circumstances, or other sensitive information. You can describe a need without naming people or providing detailed histories. Do not submit passwords, financial account numbers, identification documents, or unnecessary private details about others. Submitting a request asks us to process it for prayer support and related communication. Public sharing of an identifiable request or testimony requires separate permission; a private form submission is not permission to post it publicly. Community posts are different and may be visible to other participants.
4. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide prayer and ministry support, send submission acknowledgments, administer learning and volunteer participation, manage donations, maintain the website, prevent misuse, and meet applicable obligations. A prayer request acknowledgment is a service message, not permission to add you to a marketing mailing list. Any optional mailing-list subscription should provide its own choice and an unsubscribe method.
5. Forms, email delivery, and email logs
Prayer requests are directed to prayer@WorldPrayerCenter.com, and general contact messages are directed to admin@worldprayercenter.com. Our website uses FluentSMTP with Google Workspace to send these messages. Prayer request submitters receive a separate acknowledgment without the private prayer text repeated in it. FluentSMTP email logs and ministry mailboxes can retain recipients, subjects, timestamps, delivery status, and message bodies for delivery support and follow-up. Authorized administrators can access these records. Email is not a confidential professional counseling channel, and no transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Website operations and cookies
GoDaddy hosts our WordPress website and provides hosting, security, and caching services. Website infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and access times for operation and security. WordPress uses cookies for functions such as sign-in, sessions, and display preferences. Blocking essential cookies can prevent some functions from working.
7. Comments, accounts, and uploaded media
Where comments are enabled, WordPress collects the comment fields, IP address, and browser user-agent information to help manage comments and detect spam. If Gravatar is enabled, a hash of your email may be sent to that service and your avatar may appear with an approved comment; see https://automattic.com/privacy/. Approved comments may be publicly visible. If you create an account, we store profile information needed to administer it; administrators can access it. If uploads are permitted, remove embedded location information from images before uploading, because others may be able to extract it. Where the standard WordPress comment, login, or editing cookies are used, their duration depends on the feature and site configuration.
8. Google Analytics and Google Ads
We plan to use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand website use and whether advertisements help people find our ministry. These tools are not represented here as currently active. Before activation, we will confirm the actual tools and settings, update this notice as needed, and implement applicable consent and privacy controls. When enabled, they may process page visits, device or browser information, cookie or similar identifiers, referral and advertising information, and events such as a completed form submission. We will not intentionally include names, email addresses, prayer text, or sensitive personal details in analytics events, advertising tags, or page URLs, and will not use prayer content or religious or health information to build personalized advertising audiences. 9. MyPrayerPartner and external communities
MyPrayerPartner connects participants through an external community platform such as Discord. That platform processes accounts, messages, and activity under its own terms and privacy policy: https://discord.com/privacy. Posts may be visible to other participants, and screenshots or onward sharing cannot be fully controlled. Use care when sharing personal information. Platform age requirements apply, including Discord’s minimum age of 13 or an older age where required locally.
10. PrayerAI and AI learning resources
PrayerAI and AI learning assistants may be provided through external applications and model services, including our Base44 application where used. Providers may process questions, messages, account details, and usage information according to their own settings and policies. Do not submit sensitive prayer histories, confidential documents, or another person’s private information to AI tools. This website policy does not promise that an external AI provider excludes conversations from storage or model training. Check the notice for the particular service before using it, or contact us for help identifying the applicable provider and policy.
11. FaithU and the Community eLearning Campus
The Community eLearning Campus may process student account details, enrollment, course participation, submitted work, discussions, assessments, and completion records. Instructors and authorized staff may access records needed to administer learning. Forum contributions may be visible to the relevant course participants. Campus-specific privacy notices and enrollment information apply where provided. Personal reflection on prayer or faith does not require disclosure of private sins or detailed personal histories to classmates.
12. Donations and purchases
Payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy notices. World Prayer Center may receive donor contact information and transaction details needed for acknowledgments, records, and support. Do not put payment card information into prayer or contact forms. Review the provider’s notice at the donation or purchase checkout.
13. Sharing and service providers
Information can be accessed by ministry personnel who need it to provide the requested service and by providers supporting hosting, email, community, learning, AI, or payments. Provider processing differs by service; their notices and our applicable service arrangements govern their roles. We may also disclose information where legally required or reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect safety, or defend legal rights. Public community participation and approved public contributions make information available to others as described above.
14. Children and youth participation
Parents or guardians should contact us to arrange a child’s participation in mentoring or learning activities. Children under 13 should not independently submit personal information through general website forms or create accounts on platforms that prohibit their age group. Youth programs may require separate parental notices, permission, and safeguarding procedures. If you believe a child provided information without the appropriate permission, contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action. Parent permission does not override a third-party platform’s minimum age.
15. Retention and security
Information may exist in ministry mailboxes, FluentSMTP logs, platform records, and backups. Retention depends on the activity, operational needs, provider settings, and applicable recordkeeping obligations; we do not promise one universal deletion period. Where comments are enabled, WordPress may retain comments and metadata indefinitely unless removed. We use available access controls and security measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure. Deleted records may remain in backups until those backups expire under the applicable schedule.
16. Your choices and requests
You may ask us to review, correct, provide a copy of, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable rights, identity verification, technical limitations, and necessary legal or administrative retention. Contact admin@worldprayercenter.com. Requests concerning an external platform account may also need to be made to that provider. You can manage cookies through your browser. If a consent tool is provided, use it to change your choices; browser cookie settings and Google opt-out tools do not replace any consent controls required before tracking is enabled.
17. International services and policy updates
Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Applicable safeguards and rights depend on the service and law involved. We may update this policy as our services change; the revised date will appear here. Material changes will receive additional notice where required.
