1. Using this website

These Terms of Use apply to the World Prayer Center website and ministry resources provided through it. By using these resources, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Separate enrollment, community, purchase, or third-party agreements may also apply to particular services.

2. About World Prayer Center

World Prayer Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Christian ministry. Federal Tax ID (EIN): 82-2428292. Physical address: 2594 Della Street, Hernando, Mississippi 38632. Our activities include biblical prayer, Christian fellowship, discipleship, Scripture-centered learning, and opportunities to serve.

3. Prayer and ministry support

Prayer, teaching, mentoring, and ministry conversations provide spiritual encouragement. They are not a substitute for medical care, licensed mental health treatment, legal advice, or financial advice. We do not guarantee healing, particular answers to prayer, or other personal outcomes. Our website and prayer ministry are not emergency services, and messages may not be reviewed immediately. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

4. Prayer requests and personal information

Share only information you are comfortable providing. Do not submit passwords, financial account numbers, or unnecessary sensitive details about yourself or others. Obtain appropriate permission before sharing another person’s identifying or private information. Do not assume a public community conversation is confidential. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Submission alone does not authorize public publication of an identifiable prayer request or testimony; please state your sharing preferences when contacting us.

5. Community participation

Treat others with dignity and respect. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, publish private information without permission, or post unlawful, abusive, sexually explicit, or deceptive content. Do not use ministry resources for unsolicited advertising or scams. World Prayer Center may remove content or restrict participation to address misconduct or protect the community. Participants remain responsible for their own statements and interactions.

6. PrayerAI and AI learning assistants

PrayerAI and other AI tools can make mistakes, omit context, or provide incorrect references. Check important answers against Scripture and reliable sources, and seek human guidance when appropriate. AI assistants are not human ministers or substitutes for pastoral relationships. Historical AI Professor simulations are educational tools informed by selected sources; they are not the historical individuals speaking, and generated wording should not be treated as an authentic quotation without verification. Do not enter confidential or highly sensitive information into AI tools. Applicable provider terms and privacy notices also govern those tools.

7. FaithU and the Community eLearning Campus

FaithU is the Christian learning and discipleship ministry of World Prayer Center. Courses may use lessons, reflection, practical activities, and community discussion. Course-specific enrollment terms, fees, completion requirements, and refund policies will be stated where applicable. Participation does not guarantee academic credit, employment, licensure, ordination, or transfer acceptance. Any academic authorization or accreditation will be expressly identified for the specific program; do not infer it from the FaithU name or a completion certificate.

8. Children and youth

Parents or guardians should contact us before enrolling a child in mentoring or youth learning activities. Children under 13 should not independently submit personal information through our general website forms; a parent or guardian should contact us to arrange an appropriate participation process. Youth programs may require separate parental permission and safeguarding procedures. Third-party platforms have their own minimum ages and rules. Discord requires users to be at least 13, or older where local rules require; parent permission does not override that minimum age.

9. Donations and purchases

Donations support World Prayer Center’s ministry. Payment processing may be handled by an external provider under its terms and privacy notice. Contact us promptly about a duplicate, mistaken, or unauthorized donation so we can review it. Any refund or cancellation terms displayed for a specific donation, purchase, or course apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law. Donation deductibility depends on applicable tax rules and individual circumstances. Donations do not purchase a spiritual outcome or priority answer to prayer.

10. Content ownership and permitted use

World Prayer Center content and branding, and materials used with permission, remain the property of their respective owners. You may access resources for personal study and ministry participation. Public-domain works retain their public-domain status. Other materials may have specific licenses or permissions. Contact us before republishing or commercially using content when permission is required. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us with the material’s location and details of your claim.

11. Content you submit

You retain any rights you hold in your submissions. By sending content, you permit World Prayer Center to use it as reasonably necessary to respond, provide the requested ministry service, and administer participation, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Do not submit material you lack the right to share. Separate permission is needed for public use of an identifiable testimony, interview, photograph, or other contribution where applicable.

12. External services and website availability

Links may lead to services such as Discord, the Community eLearning Campus, AI applications, or donation processors. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. We do not control all content, availability, or conduct on external services. We work to maintain useful resources but do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free content, or continuous availability of any feature.

13. Responsibility and applicable rights

Use ministry resources with appropriate judgment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, World Prayer Center is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on inaccurate information or interruptions beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms as services change. The revised version and its updated date will be posted here. Review the current terms when using the services. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, that requirement still applies.
